For your consideration….

Love is precious. We know this in the very core of our being. It is why we seek it. It is why we fight for it.

Today’s message talks to us about when that love becomes tough. That happens to all of us. The love changes, we change and suddenly it becomes difficult and hard. Today’s message is not just about couples. It is also about parent and child, friends, brothers and sisters etc. Things happen. Life happens. Changes happen. We are constantly changing and our love has to change and evolve as well.

What we are asked to remember is that love never dies. We can pretend that it did but we will have a terrible void in our life if we do. Love is always the answer. It is always worth the effort. It always adds to our life. It’s loss always subtracts.

So when love gets tough in a changing relationship, we are asked to let our love evolve. Rather than fight for what was, fight for what is. Separate your love from the situation and let it be attached only to the person. Hold onto your love for the person so that you do not let anger and disappointment replace its void.

Love is always the answer even when it hurts and disappoints us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Hold onto love.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
