For your consideration…..

Sometime it is hard to know when to act or not, speak up or not, write or not write, express anger or suppress it etc. HOPEfully as we grow and experience life we are more discerning and proficient at doing the right thing.

We know that our words and actions matter. We have to always be mindful that we are part of the whole, the Oneness. What we say and do affects all. Our choices are not as important as our intention behind them. Are we standing up for something because of injustice or are we trying to grab attention? Are we posting on Facebook to share our happiness or are we bragging? Are we trying to help or stirring the pot? My mother used to say, “Misery loves company.” Is that where we are at?

Social Media has added a whole new dimension to sharing our thoughts, words and actions. This is a dual edged sword. Everything seems supersized with the accessibility of media. It can seem bi-polar with amazing results for good or cause horrible despair. All the more reason for us to take personal responsibility and think about our words and actions.

Our message today is said tongue in cheek. Our Guidance has a sense of humor. “But….not to worry….the Universe always knows our intentions and can and will make the necessary adjustments.” That is not a threat or a promise. It just is.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Consider all in what you think, say and do.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Decompress….celebrate summer, with summer.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Mac, my peanut, is taking her job for the shower very seriously….and successfully.

-A trip to Stillwater.

-Visiting with our neighbors….who are glad to see us.

-A magnificent thunder storm…..including a great light show.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
