For your consideration…..

Have a plan for when you are in a negative “funk.” We have a choice. We always have a choice. We can turn that negativity around. How?

We are given a helpful hint today. Stop and think about some times when you really laughed. You laughed out loud. Your “fancy was tickled.” Take each of those memories and visualize putting it in your pocket with full intention of pulling them out when you need them. Make that your plan so that next time you are feeling “down,” you can simply pull out that joyful memory and have a chuckle. Nothing chases away negativity like a good chuckle.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…’What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?’

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Make that list of joyful memories. Put some in your pocket.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Breakfast out with neighbor, Jone.

-A good book.

-Great pictures from both my girls having vacation fun on opposite sides of the country.

-A surprise gift from my neighbor. Dinner. Yum.
