For your consideration…..
Every little bit helps. That’s our message today.
Every little bit that we give or receive helps. Whether it is a helping hand, ideas, money, a listening ear, open heart, blessings, compassion, a cheer of support, exercise, love, joy etc….. if we give or receive it with a loving soul…..it helps. It is all good.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Don’t you just love Spring?
-Let go of judgment. Every little bit helps.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A relaxing school day.
-A great email from Alex and then a surprise package. We are totally on the same wave length.
-Leftovers.
-An early bedtime and I feel great for it this morning.
