For your consideration……
We all have it. It came in our life tool box. We have that universal tool….the genuine smile. You know the one. It is the one that crinkles around the eyes. It is one that comes from our heart and shines through our eyes.
Genuine smiles warms hearts. It can turn a day for someone around. It can inspire the common to be uncommon. It can instill confidence. It can encourage the shy. Genuine smiles are gifts that keep on giving long after we gift them. They are energy changers.
Genuine smiles can, and most often, coax more of the same. We are asked today to be generous with our genuine smile. Start a tsunami of them. Let’s change up the energy. Let’s charge it up, Lightworkers!
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…..be still and listen.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water.
-Give those heartfelt smiles away generously.
