For your consideration…….

Stuck is stuck is today’s message. It makes no difference whether we are stuck in a good place or bad. Stuck is stuck.

Perhaps you have had this experience. As a child or young adult you visit someone’s home and it is beautiful… it is the epitome of design. Years later you return and it is exactly the same and you are thinking you are in a time warp.  That was the example given today to illustrate our message.

We can not afford to live in the past. There is a reason why we let those moments go and forget about them. It is because we can not focus on past moments and be fully present in this moment at the same time.

Like past moments, this moment is the stepping stone to our future. Already inherent in it is our past…good and bad…. so we need not focus on that. We lived it. We are done with it. It is already part of our life. Now we simply need to focus on the moment we are in and maximize it. It is for our highest good and the highest good of all.

Often….myself included…..people say, “I don’t know how to make a difference.” or “I don’t know what my life purpose is.” Well this is where we start. We maximize this moment. We ask our Angels and Guides to help us, we believe and we do it.

Don’t get stuck in wishful thinking or memories. Live each moment with purpose.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

( Each day I spend quite a bit of time looking for a picture that best represents the message we are given. This picture is one I had a hard time resisting today. It made me laugh. I HOPE it does you as well.)

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray….going to your calm authentic self enables us to let go of fear and take on new challenges, lessons, adventures etc….

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Do something new.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Sitting outside reading, having dinner and talking with Bruce.

-Catching up with Cathy. Talk about keeping busy!

-A nice morning check in with my brother, Gord and evening with my sister, Lori.

-Alex is a hoot. Love it. There is something very healthy about someone who can laugh at themselves.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
