For your consideration……
I usually do not know exactly who is giving me our messages. But today I do. Today’s message comes from my favorite angel, Archangel Metatron. It is he who delivered to me the task of writing this blog (including the name) among other things.
His message is simple…. In every moment, in whatever you say or do, deliver your message from your heart’s truth with its best intentions. And have no expectations of outcome. Expectations tend to put conditions and strings on our thoughts and actions and manipulates the truth. We don’t want that. We are in the time where only the truth will do. “And the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can do……
-Meditate. Listen. You have a guidance support system. Listen with an open truthful heart to hear it.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Just speak your truth. Speak what you feel. Act with only the best of intentions.
What made me smile yesterday……
-OK seriously, you have not experienced instant mess until you have had 21 K-1 students cutting and pasting at one time. I know why they invented glue sticks. They are the best of 2 evils. I know why Elmer’s glue is water soluble.
-Hugs. Hugs just because it entered their little heads. Hugs because they still act on their truth. Oh yeah.
-Meditation in action. Heads down….lets slow it down, lets listen to our breath, lets just relax. Perfect.
-Bruce and I stayed home and did….NOTHING. Wahoo.
