For your consideration…

We are not meant to be alone. None of us are meant to be alone.

That does not mean that we don’t need solitude and be alone with ourselves sometimes…HOPEfully for a part of each day. But our life purpose always involves other people. It always involves interaction with other people; long-term, short-term, in millions of different ways.

Some people do not like to ask for help. Other people ask all of the time and never want to tackle anything on their own. Some people give a lot of themselves. Some people give to much. Still others rather not get involved.

As always, it is a balance. We need the help of others. We should not deny them the opportunity to help us. And we need to be of service to others. When we see an opportunity to help, and we are able, we should not hold back. Sometimes we need to be propped up and sometimes we need to be the prop.

We are reminded today that we need to interact with others on a soul level. Our souls recognize love and truth without the hyperbole of the communication we are constantly being bombarded with.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Communicate at a soul level.

What made me smile yesterday…

-An easy ride to the east side.

-Meeting up with and catching up with Janet.

-Janet trying to teach me to knit. Yikes.

-A great meeting and auction with my teachers group.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
