For your consideration…

Today’s message is may not sound like it but it came in very light-hearted…sort of like a little nudge in the shoulder. “Don’t be a worry wart.”

Think about it. We know this. Worrying puts our energy and our focus exactly where we don’t want it to be. We need to be focused on all that is good and all that we are grateful for. We might remind ourselves of all the previous days of our lives where we have come through just fine. It certainly wasn’t worry that got us here. Finally, we can remember that everything is in Divine Timing. God knows what he is doing. Let’s just get out of his way.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Don’t be a worry wart.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful sunny day.

-A good doctor’s visit for Bruce.

-It was housecleaning day. So grateful for Kenya.

-A good book.

-Catching up with both my girls.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
