For your consideration…..

Today’s message seems very simple but it’s complexity is in the action. It is a gentle reminder but none the less very important. The reminder is to clean our “spiritual house”.

Most of us collect clutter in both our physical and spiritual houses. We are being reminded today to clear away the clutter of what no longer serves us.

All of those regrets even successes, if we do not need them today, clear them away. Clear away anything that does not have value to impact this very moment. This moment is where we can make a difference. We need only that which makes this moment the very best it can be.

Letting go of the “clutter” does not mean it did not have value. It did. But anything that does not serve us in our highest good in this moment we do not need. It is now baggage. (It is like those wayward flowers in the garden who have spread to locations they are not meant to be in).

So when the baggage “shows up” in the present, thank it for its service and dismiss it. Refocus on being present with your highest self in the present moment. And don’t be shy about asking for support from your God, angels and guides. I personally have daily affirmations that I pull out throughout the day to remind me to let the Universal God guide my highest self.

So here is the key questions to be at the forefront of your thoughts and actions today, really every day. Is it true? Does it feel right and loving? Anything coming from your highest self always, always, feels true, right and loving. You probably already know that. But it is helpful to remember. That is the HOPE.

Not quite sure how to start? Check out the action steps.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. Try try this meditation. Get comfortable sitting up straight in a chair at a table or desk. Light a candle and place it on the table in front of you. Stare at the flame for 10 minutes or so. Then close your eyes and focus on the flame you now see in your mind’s eye. Over time it will change but stay focused on that spot breathing softly in and out. Thank and release any random thoughts. Listen to your guidance.

-Write down an affirmation on a 3×5 card or piece of paper and carry it with you. Pull it out throughout the day and reread it.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.

-Remember  all you are grateful for.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Shannon’s physical therapy has finally started and it went well.

-Alex so joyous and so aware, paying attention.

-School is great.

-Finally, I got in touch with my friend, Jackie. That always makes my day.

-Bruce happy with a new tune I downloaded for him. I smile because it doesn’t take much.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
