For your consideration…

Well…today we are given an easy task. Nothing else. We are just asked to do this task.

We are asked to just sit, relax and make some observations. If we want to write them down, that is great. If not, that is OK too. Note we are not asked to go into a meditation although if we want to that is also great. It is up to us how we do this task but the purpose is to make observations about what we have.

We just need to sit or lay relaxed and say…”I have___________.” “I have________.” “I have________.” etc. etc. etc.

All we have to do is sit quietly and keep making statements of what we have.

Of course, the purpose is to shift our focus to our many blessings. In doing so we shift the energy around us to invite more of the same things that bring us joy and make us happy.

Enjoy. Make this little task relaxing and fun. It will do more for us than we can possibly know.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…“I am blessed.” via the “I have_____” statements.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A beautiful day.

-Mindfulness class.

-My friend, Vickie, came over for lunch and visiting on the patio. It is great to be outdoors.

-My back door handle quit working…in the lock position…and I could not get the door closed. Luckily a handyman I had used before said he had the rest of the afternoon off and could come right over. A trip to Home Depot and a couple hours later, all the doors have new handles and locks.

-Catching up with Alex.
