For your consideration….
There are lots of very serious sayings, photos with sayings, about trials and tribulations. I picked this one because it is a little lighter. It is just a “go with the flow” factoid that matches the tone of today’s message.
It is nothing serious….no doom and gloom. It is just an observation we may want to notice. At the end of every trial and tribulation, no matter the outcome, there is a lesson. It is the lesson that matters because it is the lesson that we had to our life experience tool box. It is the lesson that we have access to forever more.
We are asked to remember that we are always prepared, we always have what we need and support 24/7 from our Guidance to meet every trial and tribulation….no matter the size. We do not need to be afraid. We do not need to procrastinate. We can meet them head on and then celebrate the outcome…the lesson.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Celebrate.

-A good travel day with a good travel partner, my friend, Dianne.
-Home sweet home.
-Catching up with Alex, James and Shannon.
-A new book.
-Summer solstice.
