For your consideration…

Yup, we have all heard the phrase, “Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Pace yourself accordingly.” For sure, we need to prepare ourselves for the long haul.

Here is the part of that phrase that our message today keys into. It is important that we not sprint right by all of the signs, experiences, tools, people, places etc. that we will need to complete our life purpose. It is important that we live through our moments and not “hop” over them. As we live through our moments we gather what we need for the next and the next and the next.

We are reminded today to pace ourselves and notice what is put in front of us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Live….really live…each moment.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A chill day.

-A good book.

-A beautiful day…a beautiful rain.

-Catching up with Dianne.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
