For your consideration…

Rain drops are used as an analogy for today’s message.

Rain is made up of millions of rain drops. Each rain drop has everything it needs to do its job but it takes the millions to get the job done. One rain drop can not water a garden or quench thirst. It takes many many more to do that.

And so it is with each of us. Each of us has everything we need to fulfill our life purpose. But we can not do it alone. It takes the millions of people who come into and out of our life that allow us to complete it. Some we know most we don’t. Yet each and everyone has everything we need and is vital to our purpose. We are reminded of this so we can notice and be grateful at what is put in our life for us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water…drops of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Celebrate the individual “rain drops.”

What made me smile yesterday…

-Lots of phone calls and computer work to get appointments set up.

-My great son-in-law, Will, found people to mulch my yard and sent them to do it as a Mother’s Day gift. I am so grateful and so excited.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Jackie, Shannon, Alex, Janet and Yvonne.

-We have a few weddings and showers coming up. I was able get gifts sent and a hotel lined-up.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
