Help

For your consideration…

Once I received today’s message, I have notes on what I wanted to include to give a complete vision of it. Then as I was searching for an image I came across this card from Doreen Virtue’s “Daily Guidance” from your Angels oracle deck. I have this deck but for some unknown reason don’t use it a lot. Yet clearly it is spot on for today.

Our message is about “help.” It’s focus is on “receiving” help. Most of us are pretty clear about the need to help others. We are not always as ready to receive it. I know I am this way. I can quote part of today’s message word for word. It was this. “You rob people of their joy when you refuse their help.” Now if we read the message on the card above we can see why receiving help is as important as giving it.

We are asked to accept help with grace and gratitude whenever we can use it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…”I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Give and receive help.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A fun and great morning picking scholarship recipients for DKG. Kathy is a great hostess.

-Errands done all before 10:00.

-I was happy with the Bruce’s doctor appointment. I felt it was through and we walked out with a game plan.

-Evening baking.
