For your consideration…
HOPEfully if you are here you have a spiritual belief system or at least are looking for one. How you got there is as unique as you are and exactly perfect.
Our message today reminds us that at some time or other everyone probably feels like their belief system, their God, their spirituality is under attack. Thus the old saying telling us to stay away from religion and politics if we don’t want an argument.
Today we are told to not be ashamed of our belief system. Don’t bury it. Don’t shy away from it. Do exactly the opposite and bring if front and center. It is what defines us. It is our light to the world. We might be thinking, “Ugh, I don’t want to argue about it or have to defend myself.” The answer to that is “Don’t”
We are asked to let our light shine. Just be. No apologies are necessary.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?
-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Let your spirit shine and lead the way.
