Time Is Not Our Enemy

For your consideration…

Well, that is plain enough. Time is not our enemy. The message may be plain enough and we may think we understand time but we don’t. We think we understand it. It seems concrete because have figured out the cycles of the planets surrounding earth. We have used them to define our hours, days, months and years. Most of us do not think about how time, as we have defined it, works with the rest of the Universe. It is a fascinating study with all kinds of theories.

Time is a useful tool. It can give us perspective, a frame of reference, and coordination for the past, present and future.

Today’s message wants us to think a bit more about time. Because we use time as a tool, we often find ourselves frustrated. We feel we don’t have enough, it is the wrong time, we feel rushed, or time is moving to fast or too slow etc.

Today’s message reminds us to use time without judgment. We are reminded that we do not understand time but we are given a promise. Time is not our enemy because it is Divine. God is in charge of time. And it is always perfect.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Embrace time. It is Divine. It is perfect. It is your friend.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Great doctors appointment for Bruce. We are coordinating with the rehab facility to bring him home tomorrow.

-Errands run in preparation.

-Catching up with Jackie, Gordie, Jody, Alex and Camille.

-My awesome brother is coming up to help me out.

-Sunshine.
