What a Wonderful World
I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself what a wonderful world
I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself what a wonderful world
The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do
They’re really saying I love you
I hear babies crying, I watch them grow
They’ll learn much more than I’ll never know
And I think to myself what a wonderful world
Yes I think to myself what a wonderful world

For your consideration…
I don’t think we have had a message about “wonderful before. Here is the dictionary definition of wonderful:
inspiring delight, pleasure, or admiration; extremely good; marvelous
We are asked to consider, “What inspires these things in us?”
As I consider wonder, I think that it must include love, light, laughter and joy. As I follow this thread I realize that I have control of these things. I have the power to give and receive love. I can laugh silently and out loud creating joy within and joy I can share with the world. I can stand in the light and radiate it out to others. I have the the power to create wonderful.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Create wonderful.
What made me smile yesterday….
-I found a repairman. So thrilled to have those little nagging repairs done.
-Not so lucky with my refrigerator freezer. They have to order parts, schedule and appointment and the refrigerator can not be used 36 hours to repair. Like I said, so glad it is cold outside. We are going au naturale here.
-All in all a productive day with repairs, repairman, bills paid…mine and Bruce’s etc.
-A good book finished. Trying to give a new one a chance. No thrilled so far.
Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
Rev. Chris
