For your consideration…

Wellness involves our body, mind and spirit. It is not a state of the physical body alone.

Throughout our life journey our task it to work on health and balance in our body, mind and spirit. When we think about wellness we tend to think about our physical bodies. Maintaining the bodies we have been gifted is important. Today we are reminded the importance of taking care of our minds and spirits.

It is through our mind and spirit that we find our life purpose. It is where our authentic self lives. It is where our Guidance communicates with us. We can not achieve true wellness without them.

When we achieve true wellness, we will find inner peace. The state of inner peace lasts even when the physical body fails. It is at the core of our essence.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Do something each day for your body…mind…and spirit.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Another snow day.

-Hearing from Alex.

-Catching up with Shannon and Jackie.

-We are so excited for my grand-daughter, Mac. She was accepted into the summer seminar program at The United States Naval Academy. She is so excited and we are so excited for her.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
