For your consideration…

It seems like it has been a long time since we have had a message on chakras. We shouldn’t be surprised that we get one now. We are being bombarded with negative energy on the news. Passion used correctly is a great tool to accomplish good things. Passion used negatively is super destructive. Hmmm, how do you feel after you listen to the news? It is hard to escape it and over time it and other things in our life contribute to blocking our chakras.

Our chakras are vital to our well-being. They are the energy centers that conduct our energy throughout our body Each of the seven have a purpose and vital function. When one or more of them is limited or blocked, we feel off because we are off. We are not up to speed. We can not function optimally.

So today our message tells us to address the chakras we have blocked. There are several ways to do this. There are people who can read energy and help. If you do not know one, no worries. There are plenty of resources on line. You can read “how to” unblock them and at the same time learn a little more about each of them. There are also u-tube videos that can guide us through the process. Look at a couple of them and pick one that you feel comfortable with and drawn to. Please note that this may not be a one-time thing. We might…probably….will have to do it several times. But note, that it is well worth the time and effort. Consider it a body tune-up.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. I will do this today even though I dread the thought. It is so cold out I am inclined to hold my breath.

-Do a chakra tune-up.

What made me smile yesterday…

-I asked Bruce to pick up a specific ice cream when he went to the store. I gave him a note. However, I did not account for him no being able to read the labels and have him take his readers. Instead of salted caramel, I got rainbow sherbert.

-Beautiful sunshine makes the snow look like it has diamonds sprinkled all over it.

-Catching up with Alex.

-A good book.

-Several cards done. I have two more to go and I will be done through February.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
