For your consideration…

Today we are asked a question…”Is it really that important?”  Our question is in reference to all of the worrying and fretting we do. If we pause, suspend judgment and ask ourselves,”In the scheme of things, is it really that important?”

We spend a lot of time letting worry steel the joy and power of the present moment. Worry never changes a thing, it never changes an outcome. It has no power and control except what we give it.

It is Friday. Let us be joyous and glad. Let’s stop worry in its tracks with our gratitude and absolute faith that all is indeed well and exactly what it is supposed to be.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let gratitude and joy squelch all worry and fretting.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Fun students.

-Lunch with Camille.

-A good book.

-A new recipe that is great.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
