For your consideration…
…presents an opportunity.
Big or small, without judgment it does not matter, a burden is a burden. We are asked to consider that every burden presents an opportunity. They are spotlights that draw our attention where it needs to be.
It is an opportunity to learn.
It is an opportunity to grow.
It is an opportunity to discover new.
It is an opportunity to let go what no longer serves us.
It is an opportunity to seek help or establish independence.
It is an opportunity to let go and let God.
It is an opportunity discover our Faith and our HOPE.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
–We can lighten our burdens by the way we look at them.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A half day of school.
-A great evening for AJ’s soccer game.
-A good workout. I’ve redesigned it and I think it is better.
-A good new mystery.
