For your consideration…
Yeah, a song lyric I knew where to find it. “You can’t always get what you want but if you try, you just might find you get what you need.”
Our message today tells us that not getting what we want is not necessarily bad. In fact, it is a blessing because it saves space for us to get what we need. While the quote tells us we “might” get what we need, our messages tells us we “will” get what we need.
We have an end game, a life purpose. It is impossible for us to line up everything in the Universe for us to reach that goal but our God with the Guidance he has provided us knows exactly what we need and how to put everything in place for it to happen. So while it may seem like we are not getting what we want, we are indeed getting what we need. It is a blessing.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Know you are blessed with exactly what you need.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A productive day off.
-Mindfulness with friends.
-My friend, Jul, is out of the hospital.
-A good soccer game for my grandson, AJ.
