In Expectation Of….

I already love this day and am so grateful for it. My meditation was so wonderful, so peaceful and enlightening. Yes, I too, find meditation easier some days than others. Having said that. I always feel better afterwards, no matter what.
The message today is a wonderful reminder. Actually it is a gift by way of a promise: You get what you expect. If I had a dollar for each time I have said that to my girls, I could make a mortgage payment.
If HOPE and dreams are seeds, expectation is the sun. It is not enough to just HOPE. We have to know it will show up. Just like we expect and know the sun will rise. We have to turn our HOPEs and dreams over to our highest good and KNOW they will show up. We have to know that everything is exactly how it is supposed to be. We have to know it is the Divine Order.
Finally I have been asked to tell you this:
Trusting the Divine Guidance brings in the Divine Order and allows us to see it,
recognize it, and be grateful, so that the flow continues
in an everlasting circle spiriling upward.
That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate for as long as you can. It is so worth the investment in you.
-Revitalize yourself by breathing in some of the beautiful summer air ….at least 10 deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water.
-Take a walk.
-Find a book that is good for your spirit and start to read it.
-If you are watching TV or listening to the radio and you are not feeling good, turn it off.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Everything. Absolutely everything.
-I had coffee and a wonderful visit with my friend, Christine.
-Then I visited friends, John and Jackie. Just chilling. Just relaxing.
-I spent 2 1/2 hours at “Stillwater”. Just a great affirmation that it is a special place for me…..a gift.
