For your consideration….

Today’s message surprised me. I guess because it reminds us that being a lightworker does not mean wearing blinders, being a doormat or being naive.

Our message tells us that living our life purpose, being our best self, living in light and love is will change and attract people to us. You know the proverbial “be the change you want to see.” Caring about people helps us win friends, expand our sphere of influence. Of course, this makes sense.

However, there are people who will not want to be our friend and that is ok. It does not mean that our light and love has not influenced them. It may or may not have. It does not matter. It does not mean we need to change or even pursue it further. We may or may not ever know why they were put in our path. We have to trust and have faith that if we are our best self to the best of our ability, it is enough. The rest will be handled by our God and his Universe.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be your best loving, responsible, caring self. It is enough.

What made me smile yesterday…

-We started mindfulness with our little ones.

-A beautiful day.

-Another teacher put one of my students in a time out. Each time I looked over at him to see how he was doing he winked at me. Soooo hard not to laugh.

-A great car wash. I have been trying to get to this place for weeks. I finally just bit the bullet and decided to not go to the gym and baby my car instead.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
