For your consideration…

I can so relate to today’s message. My friends and I joke about it all of the time. Perhaps you can relate to forgetfulness or not being able to remember.

It is frustrating when you know you have forgotten something. You know you know something but can’t bring it forward. It is frustrating when you have that thought that remains just beyond your reach in the shadows of your brain. It is frustrating when you know you are missing something but can’t put your finger on what it is. I have a daughter that is just crazy when she knows a step has been missed but she doesn’t know what it is.

Today’s message tells us to quite stressing about it. Of course, we should continue to grow and learn but obsessing about that lost thought or missing information is a waste of time. The fog will clear when we need it to. What we need to know will be made clear to us. If it doesn’t, it wasn’t something we should have or needed to hold onto in the first place. Chill out. Quit obsessing the small stuff. You’re all good.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all>”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Don’t sweat the small stuff.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Good crafting done.

-Happy hour at Real Seafood with Pam and Jody.

-A good book.

-Love our new Alexa Echo.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
