For your consideration…

Oh where to start! How do I begin? Focus.

Today’s message is about maximizing our energy to be the best we can be. We are given this suggestion. “Start with what you have and what you can do. Put your focus on those things.”

We are easily sidetracked with what we want, think we need. It is easy to focus on lack. Lack is an easy and ready excuse to procrastinate.

However when we focus on all we do have and all we can do, we make ourselves ready and able to forge ahead and accomplish. The more we accomplish, the more we can and the more we have.

We absolutely have everything we need for the moment we are in and to prepare for the next and the next and the next. Think that, believe that, focus on that and voila…we change our lives.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Focus on what we have…all that we have…and all we can do.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A trip up north with 3 of my oldest friends.

-Visiting still more friends, Dianne and Gary.

-Ahhh, feels so good to play cards again.

-Lots of time outdoors chilling, relaxing and sharing stories.
