For your consideration…

Much of today’s message is not telling us anything we don’t already know. Common Sense does NOT come in everyone’s life tool box. I read somewhere that it is one of life’s most limited resources. Perhaps, but more likely it seems that way because some people never had common sense and those that do don’t always use it.

And that is the second part of today’s message….and encouragement….words of wisdom. If we were blessed to have common sense come in our life tool box, we should never be without it or fail to use it. Indeed, it should be one of our favorite and most used tools. Common sense is connected to our authentic self, the part of us that just knows. It will never wear out and fail us unless it gets rusty from lack of use and we lose confidence in it.

If you are blessed with common sense, use it everywhere, in all aspects of our life and in all places.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE actions steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Remember, breath is our reset button.

-Use the gifts you were given in your life tool box. If you were blessed with common sense, take it everywhere. Use it everywhere,

What made me smile yesterday…

-Fun and funny students.

-Another beautiful day.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-Sitting outside with a book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
