For your consideration……

With Mercury in retrograde we are sort of in a forced time out. This is a time of reflection.

Originally I thought the message today was about judgement but I was corrected. It is about gentleness. Specifically gentleness to ourself.

It is easy in reflection in prayer or meditation to get caught up on all of the “could haves” and “should haves”. It is easy to focus on things you have done and wish you could take back. We all do. We are here to learn. And a very big part of our life lessons is to learn from our mistakes.

But God and his staff are really smart. When we acknowledge our mistakes and ask for forgiveness, it is done. It is done on the first prayer. Just like that. We no longer need to dwell on it. It serves no purpose. There is no judgement unless we let our ego attach it.

We are being reminded that reflection is simply a cleaning out process. A process of looking within and noticing all that we may have let into our Core Essence Self or Soul that should not be there because it no longer serves us. We clear it out by noticing it, shining our love on it, thanking it and letting it go out into the universe for cleansing. It is just that simple. It is a gentle process.

I love this quote. I don’t know who wrote it but it is on a website called Eons.

Ease arises graciously when you embrace gentleness with self and others.

Be gentle with yourself. Forgive yourself. Nurture yourself. It is for the highest good of not only yourself but all. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take………….

-Meditate. If problems or judgement pop into your head, notice, thank them and let them go gently without judgement.

-Drink lots of water.

-Do something good for yourself.

-Spend some times outdoors. Take those 10 deep breaths. Release what no longer serves you.

What made me smile yesterday……

-A Paul Bunyan burger at Chick-Inn. Now that is an area classic that is fun to share with friend, Carol.

-I got grocery shopping done. Why wait till tomorrow what you can do today? A visit to the Farmer’s Market today and we will be all set.

-I had a great coaching call with my classmates. They are just great women and always ready to address whatever shows up. They are real inspirations.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
