Self Doubt

For your consideration….

Our actual message word for word is this, “Self doubt is like poison to your blood.”

When we let our ego take over and rule us with doubt, we self sabotage ourselves. We poison our dreams, HOPEs and opportunities. Listen to your true authentic self. It is your largest cheerleader. It will never steer you wrong.

How do you know which self is talking? The one that is feels like love (even if it is not what you want to hear). It is the one that says, “You got this.” It is the one that is fearless and full of HOPE. It is the one that never doubts YOU.

That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…” I am loved.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

What made me smile yesterday…

-18 young 5’s. I had 6000 steps in before I went to the gym.

-Good outdoor recess weather.

-A little one came up to my, whining. She had been whining a lot. But I noticed she had real tears and asked her what was wrong. She responded, “Elizabeth said she is marrying Luke. He is my boyfriend.” I responded, “Stop worrying. Luke is 5. He is not marrying anyone. Come see me when you are 30.”

-A really early bedtime.
