Details

For your consideration……

I am assuming you have heard the saying, “It’s in the details.” The details are what really make an event or moment all that it can be. Details are those little added touches that turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.

In this life journey, in this moment, you are the detail. You are that important touch that makes this moment all it can be. You can let it pass as a “so what.” Or you can put your attention into the intention to make it be all it can be. You can  brand this moment’s energy with the unique perfect you…..or not.

You have a choice. You always have a choice. It is the HOPE you choose to live with the intention to apply your knowledge, love and joy to each moment. You are the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate for as long as you can.

-Drink lots of water.

-If you have the opportunity to be around a pool, lake etc., just float.

-If you aren’t around a pool etc. grab a piece of paper and pen. With eyes closed and mind floating, just write down whatever pops into your mind. Don’t worry about making complete sentences or even sense of it. Don’t worry if it is legible or not. This is automatic writing and it is a powerful tool in unlocking some of those doors that hold so much of the information you are seeking.

-Take at least 10 deep breaths out-of-doors. If you feel anxious at all throughout the day, pause and take in some deep breaths.

-Bruce, “Let’s get out a map and look up where Corpus Cristi is in relation to other parts of Texas.”

-All night Bruce chanted, “If you are going to play in Texas, you better to have a fiddle in the band.” Catchy isn’t it? Over and over and over. If I didn’t smile, I’d go insane.
