For your consideration……
A couple of things happened yesterday with friends and relatives that serves as a reminder that we need to revisit and talk again about our Soul’s Truth.
Your Soul was born perfect for its purpose. We know that when we are born. But we forget. And we start to believe others truth. We start to believe what their perceptions, intentional and unintentional, are of us. We let in how they see us, for better or worse.
But that is not always our truth. That is not always real. Sometimes we are simply a reflection of themselves. We are reflecting what they see in themselves. It is not our truth at all.
We have talked before about holding space in front of us. This is where we notice our feelings. We have feelings for a reason. They call us to pause a moment and reflect. Notice that energy. How does it make us feel? Is it true? Only if it is true, do we let it past that space and into our Soul, our Core Essence Self.
We have a choice. We always have a choice. It is the HOPE that we remember to guard our Soul and let in only what is our truth.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate for as long as you can.
-Think about your interactions yesterday. Was there energy you should have simply noticed and rejected? If yes, release it. It no longer serves you.
-Drink lots of water.
-Pull out a book and take some time for you.
-Take in at least 10 deep breaths out-of-doors.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-I made a decision.
-I had a great conversation with my friend Christine. Reflection in action.
-Shannon, AJ, Peanut, Alex, Bruce and I went to a Tiger’s game. Such fun. So many comic moments. And the Tigers won. Yeah!
