For your consideration….

Somewhere in the back of my mind I feel like we have had this message before. I can’t quite pull it up which is no surprise because almost every message is wiped from my mind almost as soon as it is delivered. I think that is prevent me from “over ruling” the message that is delivered in the day. Again, I think it is all about Divine Timing. When messages are given to us, it is what we or someone needs to hear today.

Today’s message is a little different from what me might think is going to be about. Most of us think favorably about checks and balances. And they are. We should think about balancing our work and home life. We should think about how much we drink and eat. We should monitor the time we spend in the sun before we burn etc. etc. etc. Each of these are good examples of appropriate checks that are good for us.

But today we are told that we can be too “checked,” too in control. We can safeguard our heart and never fully give our love. We can not seek adventure. We can not follow our dreams.

When we let fear from our ego prevent us from taking the chances our authentic self urges us to do, we are over checking ourselves.

We are reminded to not let fear check the experiences we need to grow and experience our full life potential. Take the chances our authentic self, our gut, our soul urges us to do.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” Listen, follow it…take a chance.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-After a day of rain, a beautiful sunshiny day perfect for sitting and reading in the sun.

-The Carribean Sea is warm and a perfect temperature to cool down in.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-No computer. I have to wonder about this “forced downtime.” Hmmm.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
