For your consideration…..

When we think about vacation, we think about getting away from our everyday lives. We think about letting go and relaxing. We know we need to do that sometimes. We know it is good for us.

Then we come back and re-immerse ourselves into the life we needed to vacation from. We jump right back in with both feet, HOPEfully re-energized.

Our message today tells us that our thinking is reversed. Rather than leave our vacation behind, we should be incorporating the relaxation and peace we get from vacation into our everyday lives.

Our goal needs to be that we have peace in our everyday lives. Our goal needs to be that we use the tools in our life tool box to calm ourselves when we are stressed….at the time. We should not wait until vacation, week ends or downtime to bring peace to our authentic self.

Only the ego uses stress and fear to motivate us to action. Our authentic self clears out the clutter and uses peace as our motivator. It is our peace that helps us achieve our full potential.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”\

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Find our inner peace and be able to call it up at any time until it is our natural state.

What made me smile yesterday….

-My computer worked for most of the blog. I just had to finish up my phone. “Where’s there a will there’s away.”

-Precious warm weather.

-I love when it is raining a fine mist while the sun is out.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
