For your consideration….

We often ask and think about our life purpose. We search for it. Part of our search, one of the questions we might ask, “What do I have to offer the world?”

Joy to the World is an upbeat funny song originally sung by Three Dog Night. It is a catchy tune that makes you feel happy when you hear it. Frankly, I had forgotten all about it until we were given it for today’s message.

We are reminded that we always have something to offer the world. Every single moment presents us with an opportunity to give the world something. Today we are reminded that we can always offer the world our joy. We can always share our joy. It is a blessing to whoever and whatever we give it to.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…I am loved.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Freely give our joy.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Packing was easy.

-Bruce gave me a lift to the airport. It does not sound like a big deal to most people but for him it is a major.

-I met a new friend at the airport. So fun. Thank you, Andrea. We learn so much when we reach out.

-All my flights went good. Spending the night in the Houston airport was an experience. What are the odds that you pick the night they do fire alarm checks for 3 hours straight. At some point you just have to laugh, with the one other person there and the employees. One of them gave me a new recipe to try.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
