For your consideration….

We hear a lot about “random acts of kindness” or incidences of kindness. Our message today reminds us that as we notice them, we subtly are telling ourselves that they are isolated. We notice them for their exception versus them being the norm.

Today’s message wants us to consider this,

Constant kindness can accomplish much.

As the sun makes ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding,

mistrust and hostility to evaporate.”—Albert Schweitzer

Rather that accept random acts of kindness as enough, why don’t we consider raising the bar and expect constant kindness?

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be kind, expect kind.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Great house cleaners. looooove it.

-A day off.

-Catching up with Jody and Alex.

-An early bed and I slept through the night. I have a pulled muscle that is very painful and I have not gotten much sleep so last night was a real blessing.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
