For your consideration….
Our message today is short and to the point. It is exactly this.
“If you have to sugar coat your truth……authentic self…..it is no longer your authentic self.”
There is absolutely no substitute for you. Be you.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be you…the best you…the true you….the authentic you.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A productive morning.
-Happy hour with Kathleen.
-Getting ready for school.
-A good book snuggled under a blanket. Yes, I said under a blanket. It was just that chilly last night.
