For  your consideration….

Our message today was “Take what you need and leave the rest behind.

Some of us more than others have a tendency to be a bit of a hoarder. When we look around we wonder at what we really must have, what is for convenience and what we just don’t need at all.

Less is more for lots of reasons. For one thing, we leave for others what we do not need.

Consider what Peter Dale Scott wrote, “Less is more. Happiness is found close to the necessities of life, not in needless complexity and meaningless multiplicity of choice.” Think about that.

Additionally, cluttering up our life and space takes up space that we could have open to blessings and opportunities that we do need.

Less is more. Don’t take more than you need. Share it. Leave it for others.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Take what you need and leave or share the rest.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A good book.

-A chill day.

-Sitting on the back patio.

-A good recipe.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
