“May your heart have wings to lift you to your dreams”
For your consideration….
Today we are asked to remember our heart and to speak and act out from it. That takes courage.
Our true authentic self is perfect. It has everything it needs at exactly the right time. But we do not often speak and act from that place. We morph into the person we think others want us to be. Our behavior, what we say and do, is based on on how we think others perceive us. And it varies from person to person.
We are challenged to pay attention in each interaction today to what we really think and feel. We are being challenged to bring our authentic self to every interaction, ever situation (including with self).
Whenever we come from our true authentic self, we come from a place of love. So even in unpleasant situations when we disagree, we bring our highest self wanting only the highest outcome for all. That is the best we can do. That is all that is being asked of us.
Does it take courage? Absolutely. Maybe we will be laughed at, scorned, dismissed even. But that does not matter because when we come from our highest self we always have protection and we always grow. It is always the right thing to do.
Listen and feel what you know to be true and act from that place. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate for as long as you can.
-Get outdoors. My friend and mentor, Gena, asked that we all take at least 10 minutes in nature listening to its sounds, feeling its vibration. Everything we need to heal is found in nature.
-Drink lots of water.
-Reflect on the perfect you. What does the perfect you look and feel like? Write that down. Put it on your vision board.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-I had a wonderful trip with Shannon, Peanut and AJ. It was fun to visit old haunts….and new. It was wonderful to see Missy and for Sean and Ashley to finally meet. And just to visit with Jackie and John. When did John get patience?
-I moved forward on a cottage. I am smiling because I had the courage. Whether or not it works out is another story but I trust whatever the outcome, it is perfect.
-Alex is home and we all had a fun night out.
-I wish Shannon’s back would just be magically healed but I smile at how she handles it.
-We are blessed. We had a wonderful day finalized and punctuated by a magnificent thunder and lightning storm.
Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
