For your consideration…..

Our message today reminds us that we are always evolving. Our belief system, our relationships, our relationship with our God, Guidance and the Universe are always evolving.

It has been said that the cleft above our lips is where the angels laid their finger right before our birth to silence us and make us forget what we already know. Whether true or not most of us have no idea what we were born to do. We live, grow and evolve working to figure out the life purpose we were given. As we discover and work it, we find our way back into the “knowing.”

Our belief system is not set in concrete. It evolves. The more open we are, the more space we create for the evolution.

Sometimes, some of us…probably most of us at one time or another…feel guilty about changing beliefs. This is especially so with relationships and religion. We feel like a traitor when we consider change.

But change is an evolution. Stagnation prohibits necessary growth. We have nothing to feel guilty about when we embrace and expand our knowledge and wisdom and take relationships to new levels. Becoming closer to our God and working one on one with him does not diminish our belief in our religion. We don’t have to sacrifice one for the other.

We can change our mind, our heart and spirit. It is allowed. It is growth. It is expanding our consciousness. It is making us come full circle back to the “knowing.” And it is all good.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. Consider an infuser. Cucumber water, strawberry water etc…..Ymmmm

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Read, try new things, go meet new people….expand.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Finished a book. Made good progress on another one I have going.

-Unpacking done, suitcases put away and laundry done.

-A new recipe. It was great AND it used what I already had available….no shopping necessary.

-A little rain. We could have used more but will take what we can get.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
