For your consideration….

We are here to learn and grow….each of us….every one of us. We do that through life experiences. Some are easy. Some are hard. Some are fun. Some are tremulous. Some are happy. Some are sad. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Every moment offers us an experience and an opportunity on how we choose to handle it.

We may choose to think that there are good and bad life experiences. That is our ego that is judging. The reality is that all experiences are good life lessons because they offer us the opportunity to learn and grow.

We may choose to ignore our life lessons. We may choose to avoid them. But they are ours to own and they will not simply disappear. Perhaps we want to consider the “ripping the band-aid” off approach. Perhaps we want to consider that it is better to learn and grow as each life lesson opportunity presents itself versus have it hanging over our heads.

Our message today is this. We will learn our life lessons in this lifetime or the next or the next. Our life lessons are part of our unique journey to fulfilling our life purpose. They are all good.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Embrace our life lessons.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Yeah, for the Geek Squad. My computer is fixed and better than ever. Life lesson….do not let Microsoft Window automatically install updates.

-Many tasks and errands done including crafting and finishing a good book.

-Talking to Jody and Alex.

-Bruce and I are so excited. Our family got us tickets to the Bob Seeger concert in September.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
