Spiff Up Your Shine

For your consideration…..

What a fun message today. It is light-hearted. It is exactly this, “Spiff up your shine.”

We probably don’t wake up and consider ourselves as the light of the world. Yet, we are just that.

We are reminded that our light is not only needed to eliminate the darkness. It is needed to reflect the sunshine.

We are asked today to “spiff up our shine” and let our light reverberate around the world. How do we do that? We let go of judgment. We are grateful. We focus on HOPE and faith. We work with love.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Spiff up your shine.

What made me smile yesterday….

-I went to a mindfulness class and had a new experience in meditation.

-Lunch with Lori.

-A beautiful day for taking care of my plants..

-Finishing a good book.
