For your consideration….

“The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.” We have all heard that statement and can relate. We understand that statement. We realize that chaos results and productivity, accomplishment, satisfaction, contentment etc. all suffer as a result.

When the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing, there is an imbalance. Life is out of sync. Whether we know it or not, we impede ourselves. In essence, we stand in our own way.

For example, when we have a dream but our ego tells us it is too big for us, we are out of sync. We are standing in our own way. Every time we procrastinate doing what we know we should be doing, we are standing in our own way and creating an imbalance, out of sync condition in our lives.

We are built to stretch and reach for new opportunities to grow and succeed. We have nothing to fear. All is well. If we do not feel that way, we are out of sync and need to find our way back to balancing  our body, mind and spirit. When we are in balance we feel tranquil and empowered. We are at one with our source and feel the access to all His resources.

Our message today is simple. If we are not feeling the tranquility of a synced body, mind and spirit, we need to take action to get there.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be still, let go and let your body, mind and spirit fall back into sync.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A beautiful card from Manuela.

-Catching up with both of my girls.

-Appointments falling into perfect timing….syncing.

-The last day of school for me for  this year.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
