For your consideration…………..

Recently we had a message about noticing. In some ways our message today is similar but very specific. It is about our recollections.

We are often told to “not live in the past.” “Don’t live life looking in the rear view mirror.” “We are told to be present in the moment.”

Yet today’s message asks us to “notice” our recollections. It seems like a contradiction. But it is not. Like all things it is all about balance and lack of judgment.

Today’s message tells us that our recollections are tools. There are many reasons why we are given a recollection. It may be because we are sad and need to smile. It may be because we need inspiration. It may be to remind us of skills we possess or a life lesson we already learned. It may be to show us where we need to go or who we need to see etc. etc. etc.

We always have recollections. They are part of us and never go away. We can’t always remember them. But when we need them, our Guidance pulls them up for us. Just like that. Just like magic they show up exactly when we need them.

We are not meant to dwell on them or judge them. We are meant to notice them and follow the thread. Ask questions. Ask why they are showing up right now. It is not random. There are no coincidences. They are a specific tool exactly perfect for the moment we are in.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Notice our recollections.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Rain that smelled wonderful.

-Dinner with Anita, Tom and Kathy.

-We went to the new theater. What a way to see a movie!

-Powerful women performing a powerful healing ceremony. I am blessed to have Anita and Kathy in my life.

-My Alex sounds so good.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
