body mind spirit

For your consideration….

“The fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Sometimes that comment is meant as a complement, insult or maybe is just neutral statement. It depends on what tree is being talked about.

Our message today reminds us that the tree of our ego would not be the tree we want our fruit dropping from. Indeed, the tree we should be staying close to is our authentic self. It was the one that was perfectly created from the seed of our God. That is the seed that creates the biggest and strongest tree. It is the tree that bears the most fruit. Its fruit is the nourishment of all that is good in life.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Spread good, love and HOPE.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Great 3rd graders.

-More warm weather. This has been a nice winter break.

-Catching up with Jackie and Alex. Alex is enjoying the Key West sun….Jackie and I wishing we were.

-An early bedtime.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
