For your consideration…..
We are all here to experience life in its fullness. We must know sadness to recognize joy. We must know weakness to recognize strength. We must know emptiness to recognize fullness. We must know hate to fully recognize love. How does the saying go, something about “don’t let life pass you by”? Good advice. All our experiences are necessary.
Everything carries energy. Indeed we are energy beings constantly putting out and receiving energy….positive and negative. And everyone who gives it any thought wants to work in the positive. We seek out the most effortless flow even to hard tasks or lessons. We have control over our energy. We have the tools in our life tool box to monitor and regulate it. We can make corrections.
But we do not always give it thought and we do not have control over other people’s energies. We are constantly bombarded with whatever they are putting out. Sometimes it is intentional, sometimes not. We have all been to sporting events where opponents try to “psych” out each other. We have also been in situations shopping, at work, at home etc. where someone is disgruntled, crabby, angry etc. That is the energy being put out and if we don’t stop it outside our core, we absorb it.
Empathy is great as long as we are putting it out and not absorbing the others grief. Understanding is great as long as we are delivering it and not absorbing the problem ourselves. We can sympathize with someone’s anger as long as we don’t absorb it and become angry along with them. You get the point. Too much negative absorption creates “burn out”.
Well we don’t want to get “burned out”. We want to keep our own lives as positive and on track as possible. So how do we protect ourselves from all of the negativity that is constantly thrown at us? It is as easy and simple as asking for it. When you know you are in for a rough day, as soon as you wake up, simply pause and ask for a shield of protective white light be put around you. If you are sitting at work and crap is all around you, pause for a couple of seconds, close your eyes and ask for a shield of white light surround you. If you are scared, do the same thing. If you find yourself surrounded by one or more angry people, do the same thing. I do this before I meditate. I do this before I go into any tense situation.
One of my guides is White Eagle. He personally clears negativity from any room whenever I ask. But I have to ask. He will not do it automatically.We all have angels and guides assigned to us. They are the heavy lifters that came with our life tool kit. You don’t have to know their names. If you work with the enough you will learn who they are. All you have to know today is that they are waiting for you to call on them. They are waiting to help you with all things big and small. This includes self-protection. All you need to do is ask. You have a choice, you always have a choice. It is the HOPE that you use your angels and guides for protection and to fulfill your highest HOPEs and dreams.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate for as long as you can…
-Use all that is great about summer. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink lots of water.
-Practice calling in for help or advice from your angels and guides. It is fun.
-We are coming upon the full moon. How do you feel? That is a clue.
What made me smile yesterday….
-I had a great coaching session with Gena. What a great reminder to practice what you preach. Didn’t I just say help is available in all things big and little. She reminded me yesterday. Our angels continue to amaze me.
-I found a great realtor. Peaceful, goes with the flow, understands I want no conflict. I didn’t know those existed. It must be Divine intervention.
-Bruce gave me 150 bride points because I brought him home a great dinner. Really? That’s all it takes?
-OK. I admit it. I watch the Housewives of New Jersey. And yes, I know it is bazaar. But that is not what made me smile. I happened to see the after show. A couple, Joe and Melissa, had me doubled over. I am not sure if it is supposed to be a comedy show or not. But I had some great laughs before I went to bed.
