For your consideration….

We’ve all been there. Throughout our lives we have lived through embarrassing moments. When we are children, we are often mortified. As we grow older, we HOPEfully learn that laughter…learning to laugh at ourselves…takes the sting out of embarrassment.

Our message today is very simple. It reminds us that none of us is perfect. Embarrassing moments serve a purpose. They help keep us humble. And they help keep us empathetic. We aren’t perfect and neither is anyone else.

We are in this together. Being humble and kind goes a long way to not only our own healing and growth but also that of others.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Go play.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Catching up with Alex and Jackie.

-Cute pictures of my twin nieces always make me smile.

-Dinner out with Bruce and Bob.

-A chill night waiting to welcome in the new year.
