For your consideration…..

Our message today reminds us to “not skip meals.” It tells us that our mind and spirit needs consistent nourishment.

There are to ways to nourish your spirit. One is to banish, eliminate and refuse entry for those actions, thoughts and words that are not good for it. The second is to fill it with what brings it joy, peace, HOPE and love.

Just as our body needs regular nourishment so to does our mind and spirit. We should feed our spirit regularly….daily. It needs to be a priority. It is a necessity.

Seek and consume what is good for your spirit.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Consume what is good for your spirit.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A beautiful ride home through the fall colors.

-Visiting with my grandkids, Shannon, Will, Tank and Reese.

-Catching up with Alex.

-All of that was before 2. After 2 I shopped, cooked dinner and did all of the laundry. I felt like a machine.
