For your consideration….

Often we hear the response to “Why me?” as “Why not me?” Today we are told that’s a valid response but the most important question that needs a response is indeed the “Why me?”

We are often told that there are no coincidences. The Universe aligns perfectly to exactly what we need AND what it needs from us. So our question is Why?

Why has this person been put in my life or taken from it? Why was I given this job or lost it? Why was I given this task or not given it? etc. etc. etc.

The moment we are in is perfect. The question is Why? We are asked to take pleasure in knowing this. Be confident in know this. Have fun in knowing this. Be a seeker.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Ask more “Whys.”

What made me smile yesterday….

-Sunshine.

-Talking to my Shannon who solved my Kindle problem. I have a paperwhite Kindle that I love. You can read it in the sun. It holds its battery for a long time. I have had it for years. In the last couple of months I have noticed that my thumbs are often stiff and sore. I finally figured it out that it happens after I read for a long time on my Kindle. I told Shannon this and told her I have to research and see if I can get the same Kindle but with a swipe screen. She said, “Mom, you can just read the books on your Surface.” I figured it out and the problem is temporarily solved.

-The sun was so powerful that while the weather was cool, it was warm and pleasant sitting and reading on Stillwater’s back deck.

-I had slept so soundly the night before that I was not tired late last night so I figured it was a good time to buzz home and have an early start on today and getting tasks done.

-I love my Alex but gosh she is an over-thinker.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
