For your consideration…..

We tend to think about energy, thoughts, breath, time etc. in general terms. We tend to think of them as whole versus the many single pieces of them that make up that whole. Even in meditating and yoga we are often asked to focus on our breath, We tend to forget that we are to focus on one breath at a time. All of our focus needs to be on that one breath we are taking.

Today’s message reminds us to focus on the singular. Specifically, we are reminded to focus on the importance of one breath., It is one breath that takes us from married to unmarried. It is one breath that takes us from one emotion to the next. It is one breath that carries us to conception. It is one breath that takes us from this life to the next…..one breath.

All to often we get caught up in the wholeness, the big picture and we become overwhelmed. We can not see our way through. Today we are reminded that we will get through…one breath at a time.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths….one at a time….slow and easy….focus on each one.

-Take time to put yourself first.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Meditating outside at Stillwater, It is not all that warm but the sun makes it perfect.

-I pulled out my writing material only to find I was further than I thought. That’s the good news. The bad is that I did not have what I needed for my next step.

-But that is nothing that a good book won’t cure.

-Catching up with Jackie.
